A pusher can be one of the most annoying types of players to be up against. Because of the way they play, beating them requires a great deal of mental toughness.
How do you be mentally tough enough to beat a pusher then? Well, let’s get into it!
Why is a Pusher SOOO Annoying?
Pushers are a huge threat to us and the way we are used to playing. They make us work really hard and challenge our patience. They thrive on us missing and making mistakes. Probably the…

It was the year that not only welcomed the rising talent, but also opened it's arms for the former champions who could not contain themselves by just sitting by the sidelines and decided to take one more plunge into the magical and glamorous world of women's tennis.…

The latest spectacle is Tiger Woods and his apparent mistresses. Each day a new mistress emerges.…

Just ran into this announcement. Apparently, she announced her retirement today at a press conference in France. I'm not exactly a big fan of her, but she had her winning moments.

What a great week it has been.
Robin Soderling showed the world that he has alot to offer and that he is one player to watch out for.
Fernando Verdasco showed that he still needs to improve the mental aspect of his game if he wants to be able to play at this level in the future.
Rafael Nadal who wanted to do well and who never gave up, unfortunately could never be aggressive enough to make any difference.
Andy Murray with all the pressure of being in…

If Nadal lived in the US, his parents’ divorce would have been plastered across the front page of gossip magazines everywhere. Speculations about the real cause of the divorce would have been rife, and lovers would have been invented for both parties, with quotes being attributed to unnamed ‘close personal friends’ and ‘insiders’, to avoid lawsuits.

I have been on such a high. My high started with the released photo of the group of men finalists all dressed in suits. Some of them looked as if they had never put on a suit before and couldn’t wait to wrench it off their bodies and go back to being sweaty. Others looked as if they were born to be dressed by Anna Wintour. Either way, they all looked all kinds of awesome, a…

There are two feelings going through my mind when discussing Robin Söderlings great success so far in the finals, everybody knows he won in straight sets versus Rafael Nadal. The first feeling is tells me that it is great to see a swedish tennisplayer that has achieved such success!
A dedicated player with all the shots needed to play on such a high level. The other feeling does not really like Robin. And I am not only talking about his personality, everyone is different, some are…

As some of you know Im a bit of a Racketaholic.
Throughout the 2 yrs Ive been playing i have continually analysed my progression, fitness and equipment.
As i did with golf when i was younger over a period of 3 yrs I moved from a 9 handicapper to scratch using the same obsessive analysis.
As ive improved (I used to play to a reasonably high level when very young) and got back to some of the consistency of my teens Ive also assessed my…

Love still waits at home.
