What a great week it has been.
Robin Soderling showed the world that he has alot to offer and that he is one player to watch out for.
Fernando Verdasco showed that he still needs to improve the mental aspect of his game if he wants to be able to play at this level in the future.
Rafael Nadal who wanted to do well and who never gave up, unfortunately could never be aggressive enough to make any difference.
Andy Murray with all the pressure of being in London on his shoulders handled it pretty well, but could not deliver when it came to the key moments.
Juan Martin Del Potro showed us that US Open was not a one time wonder, he has got the game.
Roger Federer, the comeback kid in this tournament, in every single match he was one set down and when all hope seemed to be gone, he fought his way back up, unfortunately he could not keep it up in the semifinals.
Novak Djokovic, the one guy that many thought was going to win the whole thing, was not concentrated enough out there, cursing and making gestures after every unforced error, perhaps the expectations where to big.
And finally Nikolay Davydenko, how well deserved, such a great player, he played insane tennis throughout the tournament. Great consistency, beautiful winners, the serve was very good and so was suprisingly his net-play. He does not usually come to the net much and this added a new dimension to his game. If someone has the game to win a slam in 2010, it is him.
