Desires means that no one and nothing will prevent you from doing what is necessary to reach your goals. Players with sincere desire do not look at making time to practice as a sacrifice. Anyone can say he "wants to be the best tennis player in the world", but only a few will pay the price that this requieres. Those who has become the best in anything they didnt get there by making time or avoiding the work hard that they knew this will take. To be a truly champion you need to make serious…

Recently, I have gone professional with life coaching. Since 2010 I intentionally began to give life lessons through Tennis, but really those lessons began much earlier. I remember hitting a lot as a junior. The majority of the time was dedicated to reinforcing things I learnt in lessons during hitting, being inspired by older players in camp and mimicking them. We could not hit enough!
One particular Saturday afternoon, around age 13-14 if I recall correctly, I remember we hit…

More often than not, he’s just looking for an effective serve that’s going to set up an awesome reply to an average…

All he needs to do is fix a few mishaps on his forehand and regain the confidence in what was at one time the best forehand in the world.
Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic, Andy Murray and Juan Martin…
