I was thinking about this exact title yesterday.

How can players start mastering how, to play the mental game.

Because that is the only game, that is being played in competition.

It is also a topic that....many coaches mention to their players about, but then don't spend enough time teaching it to them.

I can't give you the whole concept here in this post.

But,I will give you an outline of it and then you can get the rest,on the right hand side of this page.

IYFT is learning how to play and how to master playing the mental game.

Champions have done very little with their hands.

No,true Champions build with their minds!!!

If tennis players were better mental builders, they would be masters of the mental game

Focus on little mental achievements and let them build on each other.

Then once you get the momentum flowing, don't rock the boat.

Keep learning from your feedback.

Create and play yourself into your own vision, while at the same time, thinking yourself into it.

"This is the key to mastering the mental game."

Listen.

Your mental attitude towards what you are working on and your intelligence effort to reach it,will decide your mental attainment.

The key word there is intelligence.

Always be aware of what is working and what is not working for YOU.

And for christ sake.

Don't keep making the same mental mistake over and over again in your matches!!!

By following that outline, you will get the mental habits into your consciousness and things will start clicking.

That is just a preview of this mental concept and warrior playing philosophy.

Go get the detail, in the "IYFT" home study course.

You get 3 ebooks and the audio version of "Mastering The Mental Game".

This is a must home study course, for all serious competitive tennis players!!
