Hello,
The best way to get a nice blend of power and control while achieving a very arm friendly racquet is to find a racquet that is flexible and choose strings that are elastic and keep the tension low. You can find a good list of the best of these racquets and strings along with a lot more information by visiting http://tenniselbowracquet.com/tennis-racquets
I use Blx 6.1 tour -90 head size.. for me i love this Raquet.. it took my game to the next level...This raquet will give you a good control for your shots, good for volleys .. if you can generate the head speed this will suit for you. only problem is that strung weight is 12.8 ounce( one of the heaviest in the tour)
what are you playing with now, what do you want to have & feel. I would suggest trying out the new Steam 99s it would give you a great advantage with the 10% spin increase.
Hi Danielle,
Did you get your new racket? If not it really depends on what kind of player you are. If you have a full swing do not go more than 98-100 sq inch head size and below 11 oz as you have better control and you can generate the power. If you are more of a shorter swing and need more power and less control then consider lighter frames with bigger head sizes
Thanks
Bali
