I used to use the LM Rad, a great modification racket, I had a lot of weight in the handle and some in the hoop.
98" Head rackets are measured from the outside so its acyually a 95" in line with all the other manufacturers. If you were gonna go with Babolat I wouldnt go for the stiff pure drives but the pure storms are much more in line with what your after they actually have relly nice feel for a Bab but you will find them less whippy.
One of the best all round rackets i have found was the Prince Ozone tour, great baseline spin with the added feel an 18mm beam gives. Lovely racket and a 100" to boot.
Vantage are imo the best rackets around and are akin to pro stock rackets in quality and feel. If you know your specs then get a custom built racket to suit your game. Great at the baseline and S&V too, I mix it up a lot and it suits me. I play the new Bast Core 20 which will be on sale later this month, its a 95 but ive playtested the 100 and its also very good.
If you can get hold of them the Dunlop revelation superlongs are wonderfull rackets, 100", 28inches long, I cut mine down half an inch, loads of power and feel. Mine are mint and are waiting til i get a little older. They have such a beautiful throat :)
These are te best of a bunch Ive tested that fit your spec, personally my order would be:
Vantage Bast Core
Vantage Custom
Dunlop Revelation superlongs/Prince Ozone Tour
Pure Storm
Head Instinct
