Upgraded to a more arm-friendly racquet - Prince EXO3 16 x 18
After having severe tennis elbow last year, I decided to upgrade to a more arm-friendly racquet. I traded in my old Wilson [K] Factor Six.One Tour for a new Prince EXO3 Tour frame. I do not regret buying the new frame but I did regret trading in the old racquet. I've been playing tennis for over 24 years. During that time, I have owned several Prince and Wilson racquets. But the old Wilson Pro Staff Midsize 85 and [K] Factor were my favorite frames. Although they were very heavy and…

Tennis changed and saved my life...
I picked up the tennis racquet just last year, around this time last year to be exact. I came back after a 20 year layoff. I was poisoning myself with drugs, food, alcohol, and nicotine during those 20 years. Not to mention that I was hanging around the wrong crowd. How do I Find a Good Tennis Coach?
The best way is almost always word of mouth. If you do not have that opportunity and tennis is a new adventure to you, take trial lessons from 3 different coaches within your vicinity and see what works for you. Most clubs and coaches have promo rates, ask. Some let you sit in on a group lesson and get a hang of it. Does it sounds a little like the dating scene, absolutely and the concept is quite similar, if you are going to invest time, money, and sweat, you deserve a good result out of…

Looking for a tennis partner in the East Bay Area (Concord, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek) 3.0-3.5
How's it going?
I've been looking for a hitting partner as I'm slowly getting back to playing tennis.
I've just been hitting balls against a wall last week, and it's starting to get really boring. I would surely love to find somebody to hit rallies with.
I live in Concord aread. I am free weekdays/weekends (after 10am).
Let me know if you're interested.
Thanks!
