Tennis Talk, Anyone?, I like to get feedback on my game and share some of my experiences. Well, let me tell you about something I've never experienced on the court before in my 20 years playing: It was a "clothes" call, indeed!
Today, I made my first appearance since September at the racquet club I belong to. I've been on the disabled list for a while with pretty bad Achilles tendinitis, and had to do…

After her recent withdrawals from Birmingham and Eastbourne, Tatiana has finally decided to skip all the grass court season : she pulled out of the 3rd Grand Slam of the year today. She apparently wants to take all the necessary time to come back completely fit and not to rush like she’s done a few times in her career.

This was a really fun event. I joined the low intermediate group and although I think I was down a level it was certainly good practice! They mixed up the drills so that we did baseline hitting (as well as playing points), volleys, overheads, serves (some return practice but not much). For $5 you really could not beat it. But while taking a look at the draws for the two women's tournaments (and last week's, too) I noticed something:
Where are the five top contenders to come away with the Wimbledon crown? That being Maria…
