I just wanted to know what do some of you do for tennis elbow? It has affected me for 3-4 weeks now and i can hardly pick up a racket and hit a forehand or backhand!

the best cure for tennis elbow is to play chess and not tennis.

Hey Jess,

I suffered for a year with these issues and was finally cured within a couple of weeks with no surgery, medicine or doctors visits.

Go to www.tendonitisexpert.com and buy the Tennis Elbow Treatment that Works DVD. You will learn how to reverse the cause of the pain and eleminate it forever. I have shared it with 6 other tennis friends and it works every time. I am stronger than ever and play as long as I want. Check it out.

I still maintain that keeping a loose grip at ball impact will resolve tennis elbow.  A loose grip causes the shock of ball impact to terminate in the hand.  A firm grip causes the shock of impact to transfer to the arm.  Using a loose grip gave me immediate and permanent relief from TE.  It also improved my power and clean ball striking.
