I was wondering who was the fav. to win the GOLD, so I looked up the odds. It seems like Novak is, but I don't understand why if Federer just won Wimbledon.

2012 Olympics Men’s Singles Tennis: Gold Medal Odds

Novak Djokovic +145 ($100 to win $145)
Roger Federer +200 ($100 to win $200)
Andy Murray +605 ($100 to win $605)
Jo Wilfried Tsonga +2050 ($100 to win $2050)
Tomas Berdych +3050 ($100 to win $3050)
Juan Martin Del Potro +3550 ($100 to win $3550)
David Ferrer +3550 ($100 to win $3550)
Milos Raonic +3550 ($100 to win $3550)

Well count out Berdych and Raonic. So they really think Federer is less likely than Djokovic to win? I'm disappointed. hehe

That's what I'm saying, the only thing though is that its only three sets. One bad set can cost you the match.

I think they have it wrong on top - Federer is more likely to win than Nole in my opinion.  After looking at the current draw today, I think DP's odds should be a little better.  Looks like he will make the semi versus Fed.
