Still remember how you got hooked on Tennis?
mine was when i was at net and a volley rally went back and forth bout 6 times. what did you in?

when i was able to rally 8 to 12 balls crosscourt on both backhand and forehand sides with a teaching pro for a good hour and got an awesome physical and mental workout as a result. beats running on the treadmill.

I dunno. It was early in life. I think the summer days riding bikes to the high school courts to play with my buddy Brent. We must have been in about 6th or 7th grade. We would just be out there hitting until the summer sun went down and we'd be playing in the dark. Sweet memories.

Watched Borg, McEnroe, and Connors in the mid 70's on T.V. Purchased a Borg personnal by Bancroft, then started going to the courts morning, noon, and nights. Instantly i was hooked. By seventeen I was going to every tourney i could afford to. First two years regional, then national. Started teaching and coaching by 25, still do at 50!

No, but I remember the first set I took off my pops... I was 7... and right handed =)
