Is there any good place to buy discounted strings when bought in bulk quantity?

Yes I have a suggestion - there is an excellent tennis shop that I used to go to while living in New Jersey - it's called Racquets Etc (in Westfield, NJ). The owner is a guy called Jim, he might be able to sort you out with discounts depending on your order. Let him know that Ben from the UK told you to contact him (I don't get a commission but he will usually be very competitive !!). He can do other bits and pieces for you as well - I normally get him to ship stuff to me here in London, it's cheaper than buying from the UK.

Sorry for the delayed response, only just saw your reply.

Yes, Jim has a store in Westfield NJ which he runs with his wife Lynne. He is usually there most days stringing racquets - you'll find him very personable and knowledgable (I believe he regularly tests new strings and other tennis related equipment for Prince, but offers impartial advice - if something is rubbish, he'll say so !!)

I buy my strings by the reel at gutsandglorytennis.com. They are in that business so maybe they can give you some good advice if you're looking for more than just a reel or two.

If you have a wholesale license, RMSBOULDER.com or Rocky Mountain SPorts as it is called has monthly specials that are a great value.  From time to time Ebay has good deals, just be careful when buying from foreign seller and always look at the shipping.
