Tennisopolis : Tennis Social Network

I have a website where I try to drive traffic to get get new Clients.( Teaching tennis is me only job and im the head of the house) What Should I do If i Catch Someone pirating my Content? it is an Obvious Copy and Paste JOB, But the Guy is a tennis Pro who lives down the block from me. I have sent him a Cease and Desist Order and had several ads taken down. This is very time consuming and it makes me feel horrible that some one is stealing from me. What are your suggestion Tennisopolis. This is the second Time this has Happened. the First time I could not Get the Persons Personal Info.

Well this person Change my info back to theirs. But I wonder how many leads I lost and for how long this person was using my info.

Sorry to hear about this. One course of action is to determine their host and send them a notice. That works most of the time because you can go after them too and they usually have deeper pockets. So what is your site and what is the copycat site? I'd love to check them out.

Unfortunatly I have already Cleared it up, BUT if you go to Google Cache you will find it. I am not going to Rat them out since they Finally removed the contect today BUT I will give you a good Lead
