My was also from Walmart... I paid ~$8.... Two years back or so.. I broke my strings in my two rackets... good I had my old with me as well :)

My first racket was my Dad's old Wilson T5000 or something like that. All I remember was that it was an aluminum racket with wire that wrapped around the head. Man that thing was a log!!
