It’s fair to point to Djokovic’s struggles in 2012—he lost in the semifinals at Wimbledon, he failed to…

But at the…

Balance on your groundstrokes: How much leaning can be done backwards or forwards? Should you be mostly level?

Whether you have a predominantly level base swivel, such as the Djokovic backhand above, or the more forward leaning forehand of Federer, in tennis, balance is key. Knowing where your balance is at the point of contact can be difference between a wildly spraying shot and a solidly struck…

The Advanced Forehand: Is your forehand more of a "driver" or more of a "hook" shot?

I was out practicing with a friend who plays 4.5 and open tournaments and leagues. I hadn't seen him in 8 months, and he had told me he had changed his forehand drastically. Originally, he had a Berasetegui type Extreme Western forehand grip, which would produced gobs of spin, but would not…

The two-racket game, unlike its one-racket counterpart, is truly a full-body workout as both sides of the body are utilized in a balanced way to play the game. If you're interested contact me on here and we can discuss your needs (I do not do custom designs though). Here's a sample.

3.0 player looking for partner in Albany area

42 year old male self rated 3.0 just finished my first mens league.  Looking to improve to 3.5, so would love to find someone nearby to play on a consistent basis.  I work from home most days, so can usually be flexible on meeting times.  Prefer late mornings or afternoons, just not too late in the day.
