Do You Play USTA League? What Would You Change?

What would you change in Leagues or USTA in general if you were in charge?

There should be a ref on every court. Only that would end the honor system to line call making. Everyone I know complains about the cheaters and the bad line calls. If I were in charge, there would be neutral referees, not captains of teams doing the ref work.
From what I understand from a local tennis coach, the USTA is charging $80 to ref if both teams have a dispute. Forget it.

Im in the usta 4.0 over 40 league. I would say the website is a little confusing. You have to be really patient to navigate through it

The system already work well, just need to recruit new young admin and players. :)
