Love seeing 1/2 of the round of 16 men using one handers. They said this stroke was dead.

I know!

I am trying to get my son to consider switching, but he is only 11 - do you think this is a good age to switch?

yes, but he will need both hands and arms. the single still requires the other hand to help aim set-up and guide the racquet as a counter balance.

Very interesting to see. Can never get rid of a great one hander!

and most of these guys have sweet ones. Rock solid, technically sound, Haas, Robredo, Gasket, Fed, Kohlshreib, list goes on.

Gasket? You mean Gasquet. lol

How many of them made it through to the quarters, Hal?

Tsonga has both single and double. does he count as a single?

he's just confused.......go Tsonga

I think none in semi's, but you k now Rafa and Joker already get two spots. I saw Mary Carillo did a segment on this last night and as Martina said, "the two hander has more advantages, but one hander is prettier and better to watch.
