Ha! The food porn images bore me, and so do most of the selfies. I also dislike the cartoons. In my opinion, the best instagrammers are people that are posting images of what they are doing at the moment. There is definitely a correct way of 'gramming in my opinion. But then again, it's an app - use it as you like.

you can post pics of yourself. or if you have a business you can promote it. or if you are into photography you can boast with your good pics there. otherwise, not too much use of it

You are right. Coach V can post a steady stream of tennis pics with hashtags like #ATL #Marietta #tennis #atltennis #hotlanta and attract a lot of views and followers. Then also look for other tennis people in ATL with the hashtags and follow them. Can build up quite a network real fast as long as his pictures are fairly interesting.
I try to do about two a day. It is also important like the photos of people in your feed and others in your demographic. Tip: there is no penalty for liking too many photos. :-)
