I'm going to post the drill with roles reversed when I get home. From my own practice at 7am to a long workday teaching. I can't get enough tennis!

I like your overhead. I have been experimenting with keeping it compact, and yours is a good solution. I like the Fed/Nadal solution too, which is to point the tip to the ball. 

Actually, yours get more snap right away. Just tried it.
