I loved the laser and stim therapy on my shoulder did wonders a few years back
I do recommend the cold laser and stim therapy. Helped me get over a whiplash accident that left my upper back in agony.

Also watch Boris Becker. Same idea. A smooth horizontal oval takeback with both legs bending with a traditional open platform. Seeing your finish, I know you can really take advantage of the high jump Becker uses.

April Scatliffe, the #9 ranked California junior, is someone I've hit with. She uses a Becker styled serve. She dips completely with both legs equally. Returning her serve is like returning a very heavy bowling ball. I have to brace my hand with every part of my body to get that serve back.

what's interesting Tim is that most of my shoulder issue is just that I'm getting older, but I've switched to a more modern style FH so I can show the kids and ever since my shoulder has been a little cranky. Making those circles can wear on that joint, I swear Maria's shoulder issue was more from her FH buggy whip than serving.

Maria was really overtossing and overextending. Her body did not go along with her arm at that height. Michael Joyce was no help in that. Finally, she is tossing at a reasonable height and she is not waiting for the ball, leaving her to hitch upwards.

Ever since I adopted the Fed style forehand path instead of the ol' Sampras buggy whip fh, my arm has never been in better shape.

Make sure the left shoulder goes around open with your chest nearly facing. The right shoulder will be assisted by the chest and the left shoulder momentum. If you make a circular path with just the right arm and the left shoulder stationary, then it will feel cranky, especially where the chest muscle meets the inner shoulder socket. Very important.

Found out its not he rotator cuff its a inflamend S????? Muscle
Supraspinatus..
yeah thats it
interesting, will research
