Dude, I recommend the Sorbothane Ultra Arch replacement insole if you're wearing anything other than Adidas. It has a graphite arch and very good Poly gel for the heel and forefoot. Puts your feet into "on your toes" alignment. Made the Courtballistec 3.3. endurable for me. A shot in the foot? Try this first.
Hey, that's good to know thanks Tim!  The issue I have with my feet is that I have wide flat feet.  When I tried the Adidas shoes on, they felt really narrow on my foot.  And since my feet are so flat, any shoe with and sort of arch makes my feet uncomfortable and hurt.  I'll give the SUA insole a try though.  I've been wearing Super Feet and that eases the pain a little.  Where can I get the SUA's?
Then better use something else. If your foot is flat, then I would use the plain Sorbothane with no arch. Look on ebay.
Ya mike. That's my elbow on my playing arm.

Anyone ever notice how crab-armed federer is?

Yeah, his arm looks like a weird slender popeye arm.

When I saw Laver, two years ago, I snuck a peek at his arm, but it's no longer like a lobster.

Dang dude, that's bad.  Take it easy man.  The shot will ease your pain, but it looks like you just need to lay off it for awhile.
I just got back from over a week off in the caribbean remember? I have been on a TEAR since I have been back

Dude, that's not tennis elbow. I'm no doctor, but if that's a recent injury it looks like it could be a ruptured/pulled/strained brachioradialis (muscle runs under your bicep to the forearm) or pronator teres (muscle connects upper arm to forearm for pronation).

put some tape on it and suck it up.

I kid. that looks like some serious shiz. Did it ever bruise?

No, no bruising
continually getting cortizone shots are bad for your ligaments/cartilage, it thins it out
I have only had 1 in my life... it really works well
Go see a doctor man, that's not looking very normal dude.
