I don't know exactly how it works. I went on a cruise for a week with the phone off to avoid roaming charges. I just hope some match play footage will help (my clay court final)

Be sure that you you are looking at the Monthly leaders.  Sometimes on the right hand side, we switch it to Daily or Weekly leaders.  Do you know how to check each one?
