Spain, Sweden, and then France, Serbia comes to mind. Spain and Sweden is specializing in advanced wiper/pull strokes and power generating techniques. Serbia is producing those strong roundhouse swings and two handed players, also using shoulder and leg intensive techniques. France is always producing classical styles of play with lots of power behind it. Bulgaria is producing Dmitrov, the next Federer.

Sounds great you are working with a Spanish coach. Is he showing you how to get more spin by reshaping your swing and using more shoulder and leg? I would be curious to know.

Spain because of the clay

Serbia because their players want to win so bad they used to train in drained swimming pools because there was no other way. I don't think anyone here wants to win THAT bad

Now that they've won the Davis Cup, they are the team to beat. That swimming pool should be made into a mural size poster.

The USTA definitely needs to stop producing the same one dimensional power players with their crappy all-over-the-board tournament system. They need to unify the tournaments and coaches together more and specialize more on technique.
