Looking to play weekday evenings after 5:30 or on the weekends. Singles or doubles. Have not played in NY so not too familiar with courts and procedures. Live on UES but work on Wall St. Need to start playing again! Thanks. Kristin

Hey, I'm trying to find people interested in playing sometime this weekend, possibly even tomorrow evening. If you're interested, I made a post about it on another discussion you can join in on.

Hey sorry, I was out of town this weekend. Let me know if you have a group together to play!

Turns out that wouldn't have been able to play myself. I happened to break my strings when I played last Friday, so I was without a racket over the weekend. I just got it restrung, so I'm up for some tennis. Perhaps tomorrow or the coming Friday? As a plus, the guy I played with might have another (that he met on this site as well), so it could mean having enough for doubles.

Sorry about the strings! I am riding a Century this weekend so I need to train for that. I am free next Tues PM if you wanted to hit. Just let me know! Okay to email me at [edited by Moderator] too. Thanks!

I had to look up what you meant by Century - sounds challenging, good luck!

It looks like the site edits out email addresses, which is understandable. Lemme see if I can figure out a different way to message.

I live near the Eastside Tennis Assoc. courts on 75th street, betw 2nd and 3rd aves. Where are you?

All the best, Brenda
Hi....I played in high school and not sure what my level is but to play it safe beginner level. Would love to volly and live uptown as well
hi denise, that would be great.  what is your usual schedule?  brenda
I am buying my tennis pass this week...my schedule is flexible since I work from home so I am open weekdays too but every week my schedule is different. I prefer to play when its not so hot so mornings (10am ish) or late afternoons (4pm ish) but I am really flexible now since its Spring and its not hot yet. Run by some days and times you are available this week and I can see if I am free. I just looked at the weather and it looks like its going to rain Friday thru early next week.
