Hi Jay - welcome to the site!
The best place to find tennis players is in the local tennisopolis groups. Click on the Meet-up Groups tab at the top and then search for the city near you. Then post this in there.

There's over 430 of them. The one in your area is called North Atlanta Hackers. And you may want to join the general Atlanta one too. Have fun.
