Just Call it "In" for Crying Out Loud
If you begin a line call with “I believe” or “I think”, please save us all the aggravation and call the damn ball, “In”. Thank you very much.

I believe is just fine. The definition of believe does not always indicate any doubt. If you believe the ball out, why would you call it in? :-)
