I made an adjustable toss where it is little lag for the flat, more lean for the slice and more lag for the kick. The motion is basically the same though.

I am basing it on Fed/Mac/Edberg. One day, I'll make a video of it. Been very successful with it.

totally agree tim i think we fall into two catagories, the sampras/laver etc serve where the right arm keeps moving but it lags behind the toss. and the "W" serve where both simultaniously go into th air ala wawrinka, martina i think in her prime......

Grand Champions Brazil 2008. Allows me to see enough of how the Sampras serve works technically. Made my serve significantly better.
