Thanks Tim and Craig. For serious coaches it cuts the learning curve in much less than half! Sports (and tennis in particular) needed this device badly. I'm glad you were so quick to get it : )

Ah, so that's your device! Definitely makes sense, not just on the forehand but definitely on the one handed backhand. Balance is so important there, along with that swivel through to the feet.

Makes sense; that and your mouthpiece to relieve tension... and balance performance to the max.
