Are You Ready for 2013?

One mistake I used to make was to start making my plans and actions in the new year. I would find out year after year that my action steps were being implemented too little too late for them to be effective.

Finally, I wised up and started making my big plans for the upcoming year a couple of months before the new year was coming...make sense?

 

For example, one of my big goals for next year is to speak at USPTA conventions to get the Crunch Time Coaching message out there to the coaches. 

 

I started reaches out to USPTA divisions in Sept. This proved to be a wise strategy...I have 10 speaking engagements set up all over the country for 2013.

 

What do you think would have happened if I would have waited to January of 2013 to start reaching out? I already know the answer. SORRY WE ALREADY HAVE OUR SPEAKERS TRY AGAIN NEXT YEAR.

 

If you have goals to get online for 2013 now is the time!!! In fact, wait too much longer and it will almost be too late to put an effective game plan for 2013.
