I have quality strings starting at 15 dollars for a racket if you decide on getting your racket strung with ( perfect spin gut for mains) and regular gut for crosses. Just tell me what string you like and I can get it for you.

Any One Looking for lessons?

I am doing hitting lessons for 15 dollars for an hr. Hitting lessons consist of me looking for weaknesses in your game or how you constantly hit the ball. I have a really good eye for what people are doing wrong and hopefully you can contact me if you need a hitting lesson.

The US Open is already here, so NOW is the time to come make your picks in the US Open Bracket Challenge sponsored by Avery Tennis.

Little known facts:
1. It's free.
2. It's fun.
3. The Grand Prize is a new Avery M3 Control racquet.
4. Do I need any more reasons?
5. It's more fun to follow the tourney when you have points at stake.
6. Bragging rights.
7. OK, I'm all out...

Come fill in your bracket, more info here.

Hey John,
I'm getting back into the game after HS team play ages ago, and could use a lesson getting my backhand back (all but a continental grip slice seam to have left me). Are you still giving $15 lessons? Vincent

Cool. Tomorrow morning I'm hopping a plane to Tucson for the USTA Sectionals. Wish me luck! We'll play when I get back.

you should be able to try out for the team. they have some solid players, mostly foreign, but call the coach (Petersen) and chat with him. You should have no problem doing tech and playing on the team, but also doing some teaching may conflict. You could teach on the off season of the team though i guess. Tyler tennis and swim is a nice public facility you could try and teach at. But also, you could hold your own privates at the TJC courts if you advertised yourself. We taught a few clinics through TJC to the other college students.

hey John, I just read your profile. I was in the Tech program in Tyler. It is a good program, though I didn't finish. I left to go to a different school and also started working, different career. Have fun at Newks this summer.
