Is this the dispute between Robin and Rafa? Youtube's blocked at the workplace :(
Major!  you got to see this if you have a connection at home.  Soderling and Rafa going at each other, then Soderling yanks on his own shorts and the crowd goes Oooooooh.  Rafa is pissed off!!!
who won the ensuing point?
I saw it earlier and it was hilarious! No wonder Robin isn't well liked in the locker rooms. I wonder if he's still the way he is or has mellowed out since that incident.
I've heard that he has mellowed out but I bet there is still no love lost between these two.  Sod basically got upset because Rafa was taking so long between points and then expected Sod to be ready when he was finally ready.  I think it was Sod's way of saying, "hey, the world does not revolve around you."
Rafa makes every one wait pretty much. Robin wasn't pulling any punches though.

Once he did that, Sod found the way to not cower before Nadal. I remember watching that match and thinking, "Geez, this guy hits hard. How deep is the pro tour!"

Interesting take.  So Sod had to man up and get some things off of his chest so that he could look Rafa in the eye and stand a real chance of beating him, and moving up to the next level.  I wonder if this was the last time they played prior to Soderling beating Nadal at the French Open?

Yeah, I remember Soderling got super whomped on before he finally beat Nadal at the French. He couldn't even hit the simple shots. Guess he came back with a vengeance.
Interesting - so this was a long 5 setter at Wimbledon.  Then next match Soderling got his ass kicked 1 and 0 on clay, and THEN shocked the world at Roland Garros 2009.
Check out the youtube of the Madrid match. Soderling was downright bad. You'd never think someone so nervous and bullied on a line call, would beat Nadal at the French.
