Well, this list is really hard.  I'll start with the easy ones:

Swiss Miss is Hingis.

Sisters Sledgehammer are the Williams.

Ramrod is Roddick.

Scud is Phillipousis.

Rocket is Laver.

Bucharest must mean Tiriac.  EDIT: Nastase

Boom Boom is Becker.

Aussie Kim is Clijsters.

Young Bull must be Rafa.
