I have a torn Tendon in my arm, I was not planning on playing any tournaments for 1 year. so i was not training at all. When i got the invitation two weeks before the tournament start, i was still not planning on playing. Then for no other reason at all except that my arm was feeling a bit better I entered in the tournament in the last minute. i only had about 3 days of training. the lack of training, playing, & fitness effected my ability.  Fitness became dehydration, dehydration became cramping, my cramping cost me the match. Also the break down of my body also effected my focus during the match, and made some costly mistakes that i usually don't do when i play. but the travel time hoe did make me tired too. i got home 1230am and as bad as i was feeling i was not driving another 80 miles to play a match at 930am for a consolation.

I was wondering why you played with your tendon damage, but it's hard to resist the temptation, I'm sure.

Yes the Temptation was too great. I figured that if i start in the round of 16, its only 4 matches, I could have gotten a good 3 matches and then suffer for the next 2 months. but in the eve of beating derek D in http://tennisopolis.com/forum/topics/new-tech-vs-legacy-old-man-vs-... its was a good test of my arm. Not i have a chance of winning $50 out of DEREKS Pocket which is worth WAY MORE than the $250 Prize money and ranking points.
