I know! It is absolutely mind boggling. I imagine that she has been doing this drill for years and has moved slightly closer and closer to the wall. I mean this is like Forest Gump with the ping pong!
What is wrong with her legs being still? I a fast doubles exchange, you may not have time (or need) to move your legs. I guess I couldn't imagine this exercise working with her legs moving around.
you're right. it's a good hand-eye-racquet coordination practice. i have "always been told" that you volley with your legs though so considering that i guess this drill is just half the equation...? its still a pretty cool video. good forearm exercise.
