A-Rod forehand slow-mo
I like this action and I like to think its similar to mine. It is important to me to cradle the neck of the racket giving me a full shoulder turn, the face of the racket in its rotation goes from facing the net to parallel the edge of the court and almost to facing the back wall before the ball is struck.
