I am also looking to get back to the game following a shoulder pinched nerve 2.5 years ago. I've been swimming 1800m 3x/week, and I am staying in Alb. Mon-Thurs nights working 3-11pm and going back to SF Friday nights. I was last playing on the edge of 3.5 and would love to see if I can play w/o aggravating the old injury.
