I have a free group that plays every Sunday morning at Annandale High School.  We had 12 people this morning and usually have between 8-16 depending on what's going on that week.  Most players are in the 3.0-4.0 range.  Times vary based on time of year but I put out a weekly notice to make sure we have enough players (usually not a problem this time of year, more so in winter.  If you or anyone else wants to be added to the email distribution, just send me a message at jamesfparks@gmail.com.
