What do tennis players/pros/beginners/fans eat for breakfast?

I woke up on my day off, which I haven’t had since before Christmas 2007, and asked myself: What do tennis players/pros/beginners/fans eat for breakfast?

So I’m here asking you to take a moment and share what your favorite breakfast combination is like. I’d appreciate suggestions, especially if you are vegetarian, because I am, and it gets interesting when I have limited time in the kitchen during weekday mornings.

Protein shakes, mango shakes, fruit, electrolyte quenchers, you suggest: thanks in advance!

:) you seem to really like what you eat. lol I literally imagined your plate served with all those ingredients. WOW. sometimes I can't drink a lot. I've been doing a water therapy, in which I drink 1 liter of water when i wake up and wait an hour before my breakfast. It gets tough because sometimes I run out of time to cook. Thanks for the suggestions!!

My first meal everyday is an AdvoCare Meal Replacement Shake. It provides a well-balanced, lower-calorie meal that's high in protein, which supports weight loss by building your muscle, not your fat. You'll receive complete nutrition in a light, delicious shake available in three great flavors - vanilla, chocolate and berry. With each shake, you receive a powerful combination of vitamins and minerals (including 50 percent of your daily value of calcium), 5 to 6 grams of fiber, an amazing 24 grams of protein and only 220 calories. These shakes are awsome and very easy to throw in the shaker and drink on the way to work. You can read more about them and order them at www.advocareatx.com
Hmmm. I'm afraid I don't have any good vegan suggestions. But for me, a perfect match day breakfast is an egg white wrap and a side of heavy-water content fruit, like watermelon, oranges or grapes.
