Coachella Valley Cardio Tennis
Hi Palm Desert community!
I'm pleased to announce Cardio Tennis will be starting at Palm Desert Civic Center Park in February 2011. We're planning a Free Cardio Tennis Demo Day on January 22nd, 2011. There will be cardio tennis demos running all morning to participate in for free, refreshments, Cold Fusion protein smoothies for sample, loud music, and tons of fun!
Anyone interested? I hope to get the entire Coachella Valley Tennis community out to try this new and exciting Cardio Tennis workout class!

Hi William! haha not at all like a spin class! Much more fun! Cardio tennis is a cardio workout...on a tennis court, while hitting TONS of tennis balls. I go through a series of drills and games that keep everyone on their toes and having fun! I hope you can definately come to the free demo day on January 22nd...there will be protein smoothie samples from a local smoothie shop, loud music, and hopefully lots of tennis players! Hope you can come!
