Athletic Bracelets (Worth Buying or Waste of Money?)Copper and magnetic wristbands
I hear people swear by these Bracelets...but I'm skeptic and want to know if I'm missing out.
Could I have saved myself from these knee pains along time ago.

I am a skeptic too. Would totally be interested to see what others have to say about it. If you watch baseball at all, they are sporting some that are very thick around their necks, and supposedly they provide some sort of health benefit. Anyone know? Might make a believer out of me.....

I've always wondered this myself! I'm not too optimistic though. I find it hard to believe, because if it works that well, I think everyone would own them, and the world would be cured of all ailments. I think it has more to do with what Kelvinator said. It's all in yout head, more of a mental thing. You can trick your mind into thinking it's actually working for you.

Agreed, one who suffers from chronic knee pain, and shoulder pain, I would totally be interested in trying this stuff. Do tell....
