I'd like to compile a list of tennis courts that have lights for evening play.
Here are some tennis courts that I know of:

Heritage Park, Hanover Park
Palatine Hills Golf Course, Palatine

Let's see how many more and perhaps meet up at various tennis courts before it gets too cold.

And then we'll have to find some indoor options for the winter season.

Best wishes.

Chicagoland area courts: Here is a wonderful link to see / find all Chicagoland area courts! You can also filter to see only courts in your local area, ones with lights, etc. Just type in your zip code at the top center of page to find your local courts. Or you can page down and click on your county and search that way:

1. Wheaton College , 530 Kenilworth Ave, Wheaton 60187 (6 courts with incredible lighting) near the corner of Irving Ave & Kenilworth Ave Click on link below, then on aerial view, then zoom to second to highest resolution to see the courts:

Palatine Hills Golf Course has 4 really nice courts with lights. Although a few times I've dropped by there have been leagues going on. I will try to get their schedule next time I'm up there.
Medinah Courts - 4 courts good lighting not yellow no cracks with practice boards.
I'm sure everyone will agree, Hanover Park Indoor courts are the cheapest 15/ hr weekends last year. No guest fee.
That link that Dennis sent has an error. Wheeling HS does not have 10 lighted courts (although they do have 10 courts). Also, I was playing at Emmerich Park in Buffalo Grove the other night and the lights automatically shut off at about 7:15 and couldn't be turned back on. Not sure why or who controls that. We were right in the middle of a set.

Greetings tennis fans !

I hope everyone is well this fine spring day.

I'm wondering which courts have their nets up and lights working?

Thanks in advance.

Medinah is always working even in winter.  I remember a few years ago having to jump over a snow bank to enter the courts.  We played in hats that day, balls didn't bounce at all, it was like Wimbledon at 40 degrees LOL  Also I played there when there was ice close to the back fences and if one would step on it the point would be over right there ;)
Lions Memorial Park, Mount Prospect, IL. It is a hidden gold. 8 outdoor courts with lights.

Hi,

I am looking for a partner to hit around; possibly in the eve in weekdays. I am male, in my mid 20s, avg player; never rated my self in prof scale. Can play in doubles, too.

If you also need a partner for singles or doubles let me know.

Thanks,

Rittick

anybody free to play today eve? I know abt courts in prospect heights but it doesn't have light; so if we start around 6 it should be good. Otherwise if I need to travel I am ok if it is not far. I m a mid level player; not prof thought. Trying to get back touch as didn't play for few months. If you are like to hit in the court with me leave me message or you can text me at 570-301-8628. I am open to play doubles, too.
