I could play in the morning at 9 am, but have to leave the house at 10:50 am to show a house down the street (I am a real estate agent). They appointment may get postponed until the afternoon, but right now it is at 11 am.

Does 9 am work? If you need to make it later (i.e. 10 am), I would need to make sure the appointment is postponed. Feel free to give me a call.

Still looking for a partner? I havent played in years but would love to restart my favorite game. I am available on weekends and live in Valencia, but can drive to woodland hills.
