USTA Tournaments.

My job allows me to be able to play in usta tournaments which in texas usually start at 8'00 on friday mornings. I just moved here from North Carolina were they start at 4;30 PM on friday, allowing working players the chance to play. N.C. stopped the 8 on friday thing 20 years ago, the draws there are just as big as here, do you guys think that would be a good idea for texas.
