hitting partners
Hi...It's the new year, and it would be great to find some tennis buddies. I work a pretty standard M-F schedule, so weekday evenings are best and of course weekends. Based on the ratings description, I'd say I'm about a 3.0, but that's purely a guess and I'll get a better idea once I start getting on the courts. I'm more interested in rallying, fun, improving my game and exercise than getting super competitive. I live across the street from the Reed Park courts but realize they are pay, so I'm willing to hit anywhere in the Westside area. Let me know if you're interested. Thanks!

Happy 2009! I'm sending out quick msgs to anyone who appears to actively want to get a game in.
I think I'm a 3.0 player but have little game play experience but tons of consistent rally experience (play about 2 times a week for last 5 months) and would love to play at any of the local courts. I usually play at stoner rec center but willing to go elsewhere as long as its local.

I am a level 3 or so, my tennis description pretty much matches yours.
For this Friday Jan. 16, at 7 pm I have a court booked on Wilshire and 7th, but my tennis partner just cancelled.
Would you be interested in playing then? It would be great to just rally and get some practice. Please let me know asap, I think I have to cancel the court otherwise tomorrow afternoon. I have a reservation card so you would only have to pay $2.50 for the hour.

I just moved from SF to Santa Monica a few weeks back, and would like to find a few folks to hit with. I have been playing in 3.0-3.5 range I am told, but have not played consistently for a few months. I live at Washington and 20th St, and I have noticed there are lots of courts between 26th and 10th, in between Wilshire and Montana. I am free most evenings after 630 and on the weekends. Anyone interested? I look forward to meeting up with y'all!

I recently moved here from SF and live now in Santa Monica near the Douglas Park courts. I play at about 3-3.5 I think, but it has been several months since I have played consistently. Just looking for a hitting partner 2-3 x per week, I am free from work at about 630PM on weekdays and flexible on the weekends. Would prefer to stay in Santa Monica to play but can be flexible. Hit me up and lets get it going! :)
