4-4.5 - looking for a partner to hit/play sets with

Looking for a partner to hit or play a few sets with. I prefer to play in southern part of Brooklyn, like Coney Island courts, Kelley Park, but I am generally open to other courts as well in BK (though I don't have a permit). 

I am not sure what my level is now, as I only play 10-15 times a year, mainly during the spring/summer/early fall seasons. But I used to play on a HS team some 10+ years ago. I am probably closer to 4 now than 4.5. 

I can play mostly on weekends, any time of the day. I can probably arrange to play early evening on some weekdays too.
