Phil,
we're playing down in south Naples, sometimes at night and sometimes on weekends.
Everybody still works, so scheduling is a problem, but we try to get on the courts when we can.
I played singles last Tuesday, but had a good game of doubles a couple Fridays ago.
I realize our location isn't ideal for you, but if you get desperate, maybe we can work something out?
Actually I live in Eagle Creek in very South Naples, I just work near Veteran's Park so I usually play there. But either is convenient.
(Eagle Creek unfortunately does not have lighted courts.)
I'll probably be playing at Veteran's Park tonight (Friday, May 10th -- anyone who wants to join can just show up), but I would be very happy to join you any other night of the week.
I cant play on weekends but would love to pick up games during the week evenings, 3.5 player in North Naples willing to travel
Assuming you can't play tonight, how about Monday or Tuesday next week at Veteran's Park?
Monday I finish work at 5, how does 5.30 sound?
Kevin
I don't leave work til 6:30 or so, can start til around 7pm. Will that work?
7pm is fine
ok, great.
So Monday night at 7pm at Veteran's Park.
Looking forward to it, Kevin.
my cell number is 619-3478397 see you there Phil
Hey, Jim. I've never played at Vineyards Park. Is that Har-tru? Any problem getting courts?
I am meeting someone Sunday night at Veteran's Park. The more people the better. There are a few people I play with there that tend to show up at random, so we might find a fourth. If not, we can make three work.
Phil,
the main guy of the group is currently renting in Fiddler's Creek and is allowed free play on the clay after 4 pm.
The courts ARE lighted. Unfortunately, he's moving closer to downtown in June I think, but we've got a few more weeks.
If you're a 4.0, Robin would be a better match for you than me, but maybe doubles would work to even out the differences?
(I don't mind singles either, but I'm more of a 3.5 than 4.)
Message me with some contact info, and I'll try to get you in the loop?
