I'd like to hear from players over 50. I came across a book called Playing Tennis Over 50 and was intrigued. How do players stay in shape, compete, stay safe to avoid injury? Are there 50+ tournaments, clinics, or discussions out there?

Hi everyone; Strategy develops by watching the pros and observing how opponents abuse me. But maturity serves me best by improving my tech skills
in ground strokes and volleys including stop and drop shots. I figure that if I played myself with my improved prospectives, even I will have a very very hard time but enjoyable as I distribute my compliments even more generously.
Alex, this is really an online group for players over 50 all over the world. The best place for you to connect is our Pasadena Tennis Group.

I live in Pasadena which is not a very big town.
