Zvonareva smashing her racquet after double faulting and continuing onwards to her chair. Sheesh!
Well, when I mellowed out in my thirties, I realized what a wasteful attitude it is to smash a racquet.
After ten years off, I resolved to keep my attention on my form and not waste time on anger's downward spiral. Only then would my technique get better.
