His backhand and forehand is definitely based on the Fed game. However, he swings low to high or loopy as Mark says on his forehand, not across as much as Fed. Backhand is closer to Fed's for certain. I'd say his backhand is better than his forehand. Proof is he misses one fh here.

this video doesnt show enough of whats going on. the back hand looks fine for what we can see. he is hitting the backhand on 1 leg which is correct. weather he land backwards or forwards is a matter of style and Height.

I have no idea on how to use NTRP anymore.

Are you showing us the same backhand over and over?  If not, he appears to have some kind of stepping back stroke that looks really awkward.  Forehand seems pretty good (although too loopy of a backswing for me), but that backhand seems like a weakness.  Again, I may just be seeing one awkward stroke.

So, who is Adam Future Star?  Is he one of your students Gary?
