Thanks for the comment Hal.  Vic Braden said that Ashe could slice a serve that would hit the side fence at a 90 degree angle...

Pancho, Arthur Ashe, Nastase were my serve idols. What's weird is that I can't remember who taught me the inward rotation, could have been being a pitcher in baseball.Good stuff Bill.
